Insurance Claim
Insurance claims is the requirement of the insured with respect to the existence of a contractual agreement between an insured with the insurance each side committing yourself to guarantee payment of the indemnification by the insurer if the insurance premium payment has been made by the insured, when the calamity suffered by the insured party.

STAGES OF A CLAIM
There are three stages in the claim: notification, investigation, and submission.

Notification
  • Referring to the deadline for reporting claims, 7, 14, 30 days in accordance with the provisions of the policy.
  • Report to the insurer in writing (verbal and is followed by a written report)
Investigation
  • Fact-finding Survey on site.
  • Request some documents of proof over the value of losses and other
  • Appointment of appraisers Service losses (estimated value of the claim is required)
Submission
  • Charge of submitting the supporting documents of the claim requested by the insurer
  • The insurer doing the checking of documents to the policy, the completeness of the documents requested by the insurer and submit to the insurer.
